Abstract The phytotoxicity, antioxidant activity and optical density of the actinomycetes strains Streptomyces carpaticus RCAM04697, Nocardiopsis umidischolae RCAM04882, RCAM04883. were isolated from soil ecosystems arid zone deposited in Departmental Collection Useful Microorganisms for Agricultural Purposes Federal State Budget Scientific Institution All-Russian Research Institute Agriculture (Pushkin). phylogenetic position was determined based on 16S rRNA gene sequencing. These have pronounced insectoacaricidal, fungicidal antiviral properties. phytotoxicity suspensions strain extracts investigated at two concentrations: 0.5 mg/ml и 1.0 mg/ml. A spectrophotometric study carried out order to identify groups dominant substances metabolites studied strains. analysis wavelengths 330 1000 nm, with a step 10 nm. As result all samples, indicators (A) light transmission (T) analyzed. It found that versions three are non-toxic, concentration proved be more effective than 1 mg/ml, which exhibits inhibitory Suspension (88.8 %) aqueous-alcoholic extract (76.0 S.
